Thursday – Treadmil 5 miles
Friday – jog/stroller walk 5 miles

Oliver got me a new iPod for mothers’ day and it came in the mail on Friday. It’s pretty awesome. They have made a lot of improvements to the iPod since I bought mine 5 years ago. It has a pedometer that you can set to “always on” so it counts your steps wherever and whenever you go. It has a radio. I can listen to hours of radio news shows and podcasts on the go, and for free. I am very excited about it.
Sunday – Eliptical for 40 minutes or so. The power went out a few times, and I just wasn’t feeling it today. I tried to start back up again several times, but I was sore from the day before and my energy was shot. I did the same milage as always yesterday, but I pushed myself a lot more in towards the start of my session, ran more and faster than I normally do, and then walked more than usual at the end. Also, a motivation zapper, was all the pool-side memorial day weekend bbq smells and sounds coming through the fitness center window. 6,500 steps + 1 mile that didn't get on there.
