Since I have less time to get my miles in on the treadmill, I've been jogging instead of walking; three miles of jogging instead of my usual 6-9 miles of walking.
It's a different animal, this jogging thing. I am embarrassed to report that I am sore from those three miles - and I certainly sweat a whole lot more without the stops to checkout lady bugs, and make wishes on dandelions, on our walks.
