Monday – Treadmill for 5 miles
Tuesday – 2.5 miles on the treadmill + 20 minutes of Eliptical machine level 3/2 distance of 4… I’m thinking maybe it’s kilometers. Blisters from new shoes. L
Wednesday – off
Thursday – 5.5 miles on the treadmill. Blisters. L
Friday – 5.5 walking around the neighborhood in my hiking boots
Saturday – 4 miles on the treadmill in the morning + 5 mile stroller walk with Toby and Oliver = 9 miles total
Sunday – 3 mile stroller walk with Toby and Oliver
Total = 34.5 miles
