Another week, another 30 miles

Here's my weekly log, in case you aren't completely bored by these posts yet. I feel like my fitness is improving, but my weight has stayed the same this week.

Monday – 5 mile stroller walk along the river

Tuesday – 5 miles on the treadmill. I soooo need a new sports bra.

Wednesday - 5 miles on the treadmill with Motion Traxx podcast – it rocks! Awesome workout. The miles just flew by. Someone in the fitness center even commented on my rhythm. She said that she noticed my improvement and that I have great rhythm. I felt like jogging another 5 miles after that!

Thursday - Night off. Bought sports bras, groceries, and watched a movie with Oliver.

Friday - 5 miles on the treadmill

Saturday – 5 miles on the treadmill

Sunday – 4 miles on the treadmill 1 mile walking, possibly more – 5 miles. The techno music is already getting boring. I listened to Vegan Freak Radio podcast tonight in addition to Motion Traxx, and that was awesome. The treadmill I was on was having technical difficulties – after it switched off twice, randomly, in the middle of my run, I gave up on it – and switched to the elliptical machine, which I didn’t do for very long either. I had already jogged and walked over 4 miles, but since the stupid treadmill kept turning off, I’m really not sure what my mileage was tonight - but definitely over 4, and probably closer to 5.
